Review: Outstanding Service Rating: 5 "My family was involved in a car accident a couple of years ago which left our then 3 year old son with traumatic brain injury. During his rehabilitation and getting out of the hospital we started a support group in our local area called Right Hand Angels Support Group. We were blessed with a generous offer a pool company Viking Pools donated an inground pool to our family and support group. The only problem was we had no one to install the pool once it got to us. I called every pool dealer in Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Chris Cash was the only person to not even hesitate to helping us out with this great cause. His company did an outstanding job on the complete installation of our inground fiberglass pool. His dedication to complete this project for us was shown with the hard work and numerous hours they spent installing this pool, and in hardly no time at all. I just wanted t thank you for your support in helping out with your kind supporrt in helping us install our pool this winter. Ever since our car accident our son andy (5) lost his ability to walk,and use of his right hand.With the pool we hope that the aquatic therapy will help to stimulate his muscles.He loves the water and its something he will be able to do with his brother and sister this summer . This means the WORLD to our family.We started a support group in Jacksonville nc, called Right Hand Angels Support Group, and our are members will be able enjoy the pool as well !! So I just wanted to THANK CASH POOLS AND HIS SONS FOR A JOB WELL DONE. While I didn't contract Chris to install my pool, I have been very pleased with the installation and service he has provided. He was highly recommended by the contractor I hired to complete my home improvements stating Chris was the only one that installed his pools. He was contracted to complete the installation of my FOXX pool but has gone beyond what was expected. During the installation FOXX Executives conducted a site visit at our location; while I did not get the results I was told that everything was going as scheduled and that they were pleased. Since Chris has completed my pool he has come back numerous times to check on us and the pool. He offered information on maintenance and with the upkeep and just to check the status of the pool when the weather was bad. I feel Chris Cash and gone beyond his duties as he has helped me clean the winter crud out and now I am ready for the warm weather. The positives of dealing with Chris Cash include he not only gives the original estimate/bid but also is personally involved in the pool escallation and installation. One less commission to be added to the cost of the job and the customer is getting a sales guy who truly understands the issues involved in pool installation. Hi chris, Glad i found your number. Wanted to say the pool you put in our house 4 years ago has been fantastic, we had no problems with it from the day it was installed. We used the Ecosmarte purification system and the pool stayed crystal clear and is so cost effective. I only ever had to replace the copper rods once so for $100 dollers that is cheap running to maintain a pool. The reason for my mail is so we are about to build a new house and wanted you to do the installation for us again. We plan to break ground in March 2008 and so around June 2008 we should be ready for the pool to be installed. We will call you in a few weeks so we can get together and agree on the design. When I finally found a pool guy that would put a above ground pool in for us. After several calls from the phone book. I got a number of Cashes Pool's. Chris was very helpful We had never had a pool before, Chris helped me decide on the right pool for my needs. I could call anything time and he would stop whatever he was doing and talk to me. I called him a lot. If I left a message he would always call me back. His employees where always polite and respectful. They represented Cash Pool's with great concern. Chris and his sons have done EXCELENT work on my new pool . It was in plenty of time to go for several cool dips .I would recomend to any one considering a pool to do it in the off season,this way it will be ready for the first dips in the sunny springs we have here in NC.I look forwad to enjoying this pool for a long time. |

We are glad that Clearwater Pools referred us to you. We had contacted several landscape companies to get estimates on removing the pool and redoing our back yard, but no one would come out to talk to us. They did not know how to take out a 16' by 32 inground. All that I asked was that you have the hardscape removed by April 24, so that our grandchildren could visit and that we would not have to worry that they would get hurt on all the uneven concrete that was around the pool. We are very pleased and given your phone number to anyone who ask and can not wait til next fall when we will be looking forward to having a new pool built in how we want it.
